What is Sports Medicine?
Being an athlete isn’t about what sport you play, it’s who you are. Our clinic enjoys working with athletes of all ages.
Our Kid Sports PT Program is unique to the area.
Both programs offer a comprehensive, sports specific rehabilitation to get the athlete back to the sport. Regardless of athletic ability or age, physical therapy is beneficial to all athletes.
Our sports performance program is designed for athletes who are looking to improve their strength, conditioning, and overall fitness to achieve sport-related goals and injury prevention. Managed by a highly trained physical therapist, the program will begin with a thorough evaluation of strength, flexibility, and movement patterns that are sport specific. This information will allow the PT to establish a training program tailored to the individual needs and abilities required in that sport. The Sports Performance Program is appropriate for athletes of all ages and benefits those with musculoskeletal injuries or those looking for guidance in achieving optimal performance.
